Welcome to our Nanhe Musafir’s Summer Adventure Camp, a dynamic program designed for kids to grow, learn, and thrive through exciting challenges and outdoor experiences. This camp focuses on building strong bonds between teammates, enhancing decision-making abilities, promoting active lifestyles, and developing self-reliance. Participants will embark on a journey that helps them take initiative, face real-world challenges, and emerge as confident, resilient, and adaptable leaders.

Journey Starts, Further  Pickups enroute

    Mobile Tent accommodation as per tent capacity, surely comfortable for children.

    Separate Cottages for girls and boys with attached toilets and bathrooms for freshening.

    FAQs

    1) What safety protocols are in place for all activities, especially those involving physical challenges or water sports?

    Ans - Safety is our top priority. All activities are conducted under the supervision of trained instructors certified by renowned Indian institutes such as NIM and NIMAS. Activities also require participants to wear helmets, mittens, harnesses, etc. Our trained instructors are equipped to handle any emergency on the spot.

    2) What qualifications and experience do the camp leaders and counselors have?

    Ans - Camp trainers and counselors are certified instructors from NIM and NIMAS in adventure training.

    3) What is the counselor-to-child ratio?

    Ans - The counselor-to-child ratio is 10:1.

    4) Can you provide more information about the adventure activities? How are they tailored to different age groups or skill levels?

    Ans - Activities are tailored for children aged 8 -14 according to adventure norms and guidance from our child psychologist. No activities are optional; however, if a child feels uncomfortable or refuses to participate, our trainers will encourage and motivate them to try the activity.

    5) What variety of food is offered in the meal plan? Are there vegetarian, vegan, or allergen-free options available?

    Ans - We provide only vegetarian and Jain meals, ensuring children receive adequate protein and fiber. On prior notice of any allergies, our mess team will accommodate those needs.

    6) How will I be able to communicate with my child during the camp? Is there a set time for phone calls or messages?

    Ans - Parents can speak with their children between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Additionally, we will create a WhatsApp group for parents, where we will post pictures and videos of camp activities and provide updates. Parents can also contact our counselors anytime.

    7) What values does the camp emphasize, and how are these communicated to children?

    Ans - Our motto is "Leadership Development Through Adventure." We emphasize fostering leadership skills and building confident personalities in children, ensuring that learning is fun.

    8) How is conflict resolution handled among campers?

    Ans - Conflicts among campers are resolved through team-building tasks, with counselors constantly monitoring behavior and intervening as necessary.

    9) What arrangements are in place for transportation to and from the camp?

    Ans - Transportation is provided via bus.

    10) How do you ensure the camp is accessible in case of emergencies?

    Ans - Our staff is trained to respond to emergencies, ensuring the camp's accessibility and safety.

    11) Will there be an opportunity for my child to provide feedback about their experiences at the end of the camp?

    Ans - Yes, we welcome feedback and take all suggestions seriously for future improvements.
