A walk in the woods of Matheran with Trikon and Eco Buddies...Away from the hustle bustle of the city. Matheran has amazing wildlife . A golden opportunity for Nature Lovers, Bird Watchers and specially Photographers.
POSSIBLE SIGHTINGS
The group will be able to learn about reptiles and amphibians. Bamboo Pit Viper, Vine Snake, Cat Snake are commonly seen snakes on the trail. Amphibians like cricket frog, wrinkled frog, fungoid frog, tree frog, bush frog and many Indian Toad etc can be seen.
The trail will start from Dasturi (parking area), Matheran between 11.00 to 12:00. We will scan the surrounding area for reptiles and amphibians - should conclude at Dasturi around 3-4 AM.
Day 1 - 09th December , Saturday.
9.30 PM: Meet the Trikon team at Neral and start journey to Dasturi Naka
10.30 PM: Introduction and start the trail
Day 2 - 10th December , Sunday
3.00 AM: Back to Dasturi Naka and rest
6.00 AM: Start our return journey to Neral
7.00 AM: Breakfast and catch the train back to Mumbai

IMPORTANT: Avoid wearing precious Jewelry while trekking, as Trikon won’t be responsible for any losses for the same.
Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that’s illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without refund.
